Our Commitment At Bubbly Aura, we take great pride in crafting our handmade natural cold process soaps with care and quality ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us.
All Sales Are Final – Handmade Products Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on soap and bath products once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right by sending the correct product at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
