1. About Our Products All Bubbly Aura products are handmade in small batches using natural cold process methods. Slight variations in color, texture, and weight are normal and reflect the artisan nature of our products.

2. Ingredients & Allergies We list all ingredients on our product pages. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Bubbly Aura is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from use of our products.

3. Skin Safety & Disclaimer Our soaps are intended for external use only. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition.

4. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Payment Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

6. Shipping We ship within the United States. Processing times vary as all products are handmade. Bubbly Aura is not responsible for carrier delays.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Bubbly Aura and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Bubbly Aura's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
