Processing Time Because every Bubbly Aura soap is handmade in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bubbly Aura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
